Your story matters. Every voice helps expose the truth and strengthens the case for accountability. Whether you witnessed financial misconduct, experienced coercive membership practices, or have information about the activities documented in our investigation, we want to hear from you.
What You Can Submit
We accept a wide range of information relevant to our investigation.
Personal Testimony
Your firsthand account of experiences at Petra Bible Church, including dates, locations, and individuals involved.
Financial Documentation
Budget documents, receipts, bank statements, wire transfer records, or any financial records related to the church's operations.
Correspondence
Emails, text messages, letters, or other communications from church leadership that are relevant to our investigation.
Photographic or Video Evidence
Images or recordings documenting events, activities, properties, trampolines, or other relevant subject matter.
Third-Party Accounts
Information shared with you by other members, staff, or community members about practices or events at the church.
Tips and Leads
Any information, however fragmentary, that may contribute to a more complete understanding of the institutional patterns under investigation.

Identity Protection
Your identity will never be disclosed without your explicit written consent. All submissions are received through secure channels and stored in encrypted, access-controlled systems.
Editorial Control
You decide how your story is used. If your account is considered for publication, you will have full editorial review and approval rights before anything is made public.
Trauma-Informed Process
Our intake process is designed by a licensed clinical social worker with expertise in faith-based trauma. You will never be pressured to share more than you are comfortable with.

Secure Review
Your submission will be reviewed by our Community Outreach Coordinator within 72 hours. If you provided contact information and opted in for follow-up, we may reach out to ask clarifying questions or offer support resources.
Corroboration and Documentation
If your account includes verifiable claims, our investigation team will work to corroborate your information through independent sources. Your account becomes part of the documented record, strengthening the overall body of evidence.
Your Story Contributes
With your consent, your account may be included in published findings, always anonymized unless you explicitly choose otherwise. Every story adds to the pattern and strengthens the case for institutional accountability.
